Hello my husband was diagnosed with cancer of the kidney that remove the tumor and then a few pieces to spread his lungs and his gland where it clears only 90% of the tumor

I had testicular cancer almost two years ago. Ive had radiotherapy last year in the month of November, which would be the mark of years. I was going every 3 or 4 months for blood work and CT scans and all nine meters. Ive been feeling fatigue and get the nausous and feel real sick from time to time. When I found I had cancer of advanced stage in the previous 2 and a tumor that was a half inch big. I do not know whether to go to the doctor just yet. What should I do.
